Man walks around in underwear at ECP in front of women and kids

A STOMPer was with his friends at East Coast Park when he spotted this man walking around wearing only his underwear even though there were children and women around.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I was at East Coast Park with my friends when I saw this man walking around with only his underwear on.

"It was funny at first but I then felt uncomfortable seeing him do that because there were many children and women around.

"He should have at least worn a pair of shorts or used a towel to cover himself."

My goodness, ECP is a place for you to go for either exercising, strolling or swimming or sun tanning.. Why can't he wear swimming trunk. His is considered very conservative...even if it is underwear? I hve seen girls wearing bkinis too.
There's nothing to complain about.
