STOMPer Lach was annoyed to see two women and a man smoking in the non-smoking area at the Burger King in Downtown East, Pasir Ris.
The STOMPer wrote:
"At the outdoor eating area of Burger King in Downtown East, Pasir Ris, there is a sign that clearly states that no smoking is allowed and yellow outlines to mark where the smoking area is.
"Yet, we can see that a man, as shown in the reflection of the restaurant's window on the right side of the picture, was standing and smoking there.
"These two young women were also smoking right in front of the no smoking sign, which was outside the designated smoking area.
"Many people flout the rules and smoke in the non-smoking areas which are meant for eating only.
"Downtown East, Burger King and the authorities should monitor this area and enforce the no smoking rules."
