Why was car not clamped despite being parked illegally for hours?

STOMPer shahrodiguez wonders why this car didn't get clamped despite being parked there for hours.

"I was walked past this car several times.

"I only realised this after I saw the sign showing that unauthorised cars will be clamped if parked there.

"But then, the car that was parking there wasn't clamped after parking for hours there."

_Stomper, if u have a Car , i think u do the same thing, i belive it may be it or not parked for 1hr or more.

but car really should not park there for more than 15 minutes~30mins(even the driver is beside the CAR or in the car) Pls check with LTA for detail....

you already answered yourself. Unauthorised will be clamped. Maybe the car is authorised leh?
