Three women, 10 sexcapades, seven places -- these details of former SCDF commissioner Peter Benedict Lim Sin Pang's alleged 'sex for favours' corruption case were revealed in court yesterday.

The women named are Miss Esther Goh Tok Mui, who was a director of business development at NCS; Ms Lee Wei Hoon, who was a director at Singapore Radiation Centre; and Ms Pang Chor Mui, who was a general manager at Nimrod Engineering.

They are reportedly attractive and confident women who had worked their way up to top positions. Miss Goh is believed to be single while the other two women are believed to be married with children.

The alleged sex acts took place within five minutes' drive from Tanjong Rhu, where the former SCDF chief, 52, who is married, lives.

Miss Goh is alleged to have had sex with Peter Lim seven times between April 20 and Nov 13 in 2011. One of the places where they allegedly had sex was in an apartment in Tanjong Rhu. Lim is registered as an apartment resident of 1, Rhu Cross.

Ms Lee, 40, allegedly had sex with Lim in a Paris hotel. They also had oral sex at a carpark in East Coast Park. According to a neighbour at Ms Lee's Teck Whye HDB estate, she and her husband have a young son.

Ms Pang was recently heard quarrelling with her husband by neighbours at their Villa Marina condominium estate. In her 40s, she and her husband have a teenage son, and the husband seldom returned to their flat.

Of the three women, Ms Pang is the only one who is still employed with the same firm.

The seven locations where the alleged sex acts happened were a flat in Clementi, carparks at Stadium Walk and near the Singapore Indoor Stadium, a carpark near Marina Bay Golf Course, an apartment in Tanjong Rhu, a hotel in Paris, France, and a carpark at Big Splash, East Coast Park.

Lim faces 10 counts of corruption and is accused of having corruptly obtained sexual favours for himself from the three women.

This was allegedly in favour of them advancing their firms' business interest with the SCDF.

At the time of the offences, Nimrod Engineering and NCS were vendors to the SCDF.

If convicted, Lim could be jailed up to five years and fined a maximum of $100,000 for each charge.
