Man who picked up wallet at restaurant: Please return it as it's not yours
This man was caught on a security camera taking a wallet he found on the floor near a restaurant at Outram Road. According to STOMPer Norman, the wallet belongs to a customer of the restaurant.
Said the STOMPer :
"This man was caught on CCTV picking up a customer's wallet at Kampong Chicken Rice restaurant at 247 Outram Road.
"The wallet with valuables was dropped by a customer outside the restaurant at 1.42pm on May 16.
"A police report has been made and the man has yet to return the wallet.
"It's an offence to keep lost items not belonging to you.
"Anyone who knows this person, please advise him to return the wallet to any police post nearby."

Another fabricated story. Picture could not have been taken by CCTV installed in premises as CCTV could not follow the man's movement. Secondly, pictures taken by fixed location CCTV will not be shaky as shown in video. This video must have been taken by someone using a hand-held handphone or video camera at higher level.

I find it strange that the CCTV follows the man's movement. Which CCTV can automatically move to track a subject in its view? It's not a genuine theft-caught-on-camera.
