jesus its like singaporeans all expect their youngsters to be asexual. Its normal and human to want some affection. Why is the singaporean culture to afraid of it. What? Do you expect the population of singapore to only be sexual the one night they conceive a child then go back to being asexual?

I think it's quite impossible to ignore the fact that kids are gonna start getting into relationships at that age. (people of all ages are doing inappropriate things)

I really don't see a problem with what they're doing.
You could just ignore them and mind your own business (can't on with whatever you're doing etc) or if you feel so inclined, go over there and tell them to get a room.

Your choice really.
