Foreigner lies down with laptop at void deck to view racy pictures

STOMPer Kyieo says he spotted this foreigner at a void deck looking at racy pictures on his laptop.

Said Kyieo:

"I saw this foreigner lying down like its his home at the void decks in Farrer Road.

"The worst part was that he was watching porn on his laptop!

"What a disgrace!

"There are children walking around and what will they learn when they see this kind of guy?

"It is an embarrassment to all the families with children staying in this area."
