Punggol woman pours water on neighbours' laundry over dispute

STOMPer Shirley is annoyed that one of her neighbours from the upper floors is constantly pouring water out of the window, without any regard for the residents living in the flats below.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I am staying on the fifth floor of Block 173D Punggol Field and I have very terrible neighbours staying a level above mine.

"She has the habit of hanging wet laundry out of her unit and causes a nuisance to all of us staying below her.

"Subsequently, we confronted the couple and even sent relevant emails to the male owner. However, the male owner, instead of stopping the wife, instigated her to do worse things to take revenge and subsequently caused several units to lodge several complaints to HDB.

"HDB made all parties involved to attend mediation sessions but nothing has been resolved.

"Subsequently, due to all these nuisances, I installed CCTV to film her inconsiderate acts for STOMP to show the netizens."
