Man slowly lets his hand slip closer and closer to woman's thigh on bus

A STOMPer caught this man slowly moving his hand towards the thigh of a female commuter sitting next to him on the bus.

Just a few days ago, another man was caught using a similar tactic, placing his hand near a woman's thigh while they were sitting side by side on the bus.

Said the STOMPer:

"On many occasions, this pervert has preyed on unknowing female commuters.

"So far, no one has stood up to his advances, but his despicable actions have to be put to a stop!

"He makes his advances subtly and slowly, letting his arm slip closer and closer to the victim's side.

"Female commuters, beware."
