Howard Shaw, grandson of one of the founders of cinema operator Shaw Organisation, is also amongst those charged for alleged paid sex with an underage girl.
He is also the former Singapore Environment Council executive director.
Shaw joins three more men in addition to the 44 who were charged in court on Monday for having paid sex with the 17-year-old prostitute.
One of the four men also includes a European banker who held a senior position in a global private bank.
The 44 men already charged included a former school principal, military officers and finance industry professionals. The men were as young as 21 and up to 48 years old.
